Little update……

Hey guys,


Sorry it’s been a while, better update you all with what I’ve been up to, I’ve been studying in the evenings. So in about 7 weeks time I should be qualified to coach you all in nutrition and sports and exercise nutrition and a month after that I should qualify as a fitness coach well. So exciting. Can’t wait to see what the future holds.


Yes I probably am crazy studying 3 diplomas at the same time as well as working full time and trying to do life. And yes it’s hard work and incredibly exhausting but it will be worth it. I can’t wait to be able to help, motivate and inspire others on their own journeys.

So far my courses are all going well and I’m passing my weekly assignments with distinctions so fingers crossed and I keep up the hard work I should pass the final exams on all 3 with distinctions too 🙂


The studying is definitely keeping me busy but I’m trying to keep to a workout schedule. I have cut back the time I’ve been doing them as been tired in the mornings but getting there. And food as long as I’m planned and prepped I stay on track, if I’ve been a bit disorganised then it can fall off a bit but I don’t beat myself up about it.


One bad meal isn’t gonna undo all my good work but letting it affect me and continuing to eat badly will.


On that note guys I’m off to bed, gotta get that beauty sleep.

  1. I really like your statement of “stay flawsome”. I’ve never heard this term before, but I absolutely love it! You’re so right in saying, avoid extremes and stay consistent. For a long time, I used to be overcome by feelings of guilt whenever I “caved” and had something truly unhealthy. It’s been a bit of a journey, but I realized not too long ago that those indulgences should be enjoyable and are balanced out by healthier choices in the grand scheme of things. It’s all part of maintaining a health diet and state of being!
