How are you doing?
I hope you have enjoyed my recent mini nutrition series? And hope that you all learnt something from it?

After losing 9 stone, I feel there was certain things that were missing at the beginning of my journey, that I think could’ve helped me more, so what I have done is try to think of everything that I feel would be helpful and now I want to share what I have created so far with you all.
A couple of years ago, I got into journaling and I feel if I had, had something like this, at the beginning it would of helped me tremendously. I feel by writing things and feelings down it helps get the negative thoughts/feelings out of your mind and by saying daily affirmations that you can create a much more positive mindset.
Which for me is 99% of the battle when starting any journey.
Mind over Matter, for sure.
I have created a ‘Flawsome Jem 7 day Journal’ to get you started. I have included sections to record food, workouts, affirmations, daily goals and much more. Its available as a PDF download so you can print off and use as much as you like.
