Few Handy Tips before you get started:

-Don’t forget to warm up pre-workout and to cool down and stretch post workout.

-Please remember how important form is as we don’t want to hurt our bodies, take it easy my friend.

-Please take things at your own pace, it’s not a race! I don’t want you to hurt yourself so listen to your body and adjust as necessary, any questions or advice, please reach out to me.

-For most of the workouts, you won’t need equipment. Some handy things to have are light dumbbells and a Swiss ball. And some paper plates/magazine cover/sliders. Any questions just ask.

-For fab quality, reasonably priced workout equipment, click here!                                                          **Just to note, I have some advertising relationships with the store I link above. **

-I recommend using a yoga mat to workout on to protect those bodies, especially when jumping.

-You can do most workouts without equipment.

-For the sliders though I recommend using paper papers for wooden/hard floors or magazine covers on carpet.
