**Please, Don’t skip meals/starve yourself/skip breakfast.**
**Remember, Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.**
If you don’t eat right when you first wake up, your body senses starvation and slows your metabolism down to compensate.
Then when presented with food later on in the day, it ravenous and wants to pack the food in, which can lead to binging or eating unhealthy foods, which will slow the metabolism and cause weight gain.
Think you’re too busy for breakfast?

  • Try a green smoothie. Add some avocado/banana or greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • Starting each morning with a lemon water is also fantastic for you. Boil some water, slice some lemon and add to the hot water and enjoy. This is fantastic for clearer skin, stronger, shinier hair and also aids digestion. It’s also cheap, natural and effective. Don’t forget to go for the unwaxed lemons, as they have less chemicals and are easier to wash before use.
